Supplement-assisted meditation modalities.

Taking care of our mental health is a necessary lifestyle habit. We champion self-management of our clients' mental and emotional health. We do not believe in the conventional medical model or its various and counterproductive pharmaceutical approaches that have been proven ineffective and dangerous. Rather, we recommend nutritional supplementation, both through diet and additional nutrients that are difficult to access through food alone.

Preparing for optimal meditation 'set & setting"

One's set (or "mindset") refers to the mental state a person brings to an entheogenic/psychedelic experience, like thoughts, desires, feelings, general mood, and any preconceived notions or expectations about what they are about to experience. The current physical state of the body is also an important part of one's set; if one feels sick, injured, or generally unhealthy these sensations may get amplified during the trip.

Setting refers to the physical and social environment that the trip takes place in. It is able to guide or influence the course of the experience on both conscious and subconscious levels. While entheogens often enhance mood, uncontrollable or otherwise disagreeable environment may result in an unpleasant experience (often referred to as a bad trip). Conversely, an environment that provides a sense of safety, familiarity, control, and comfort is more likely to result in a pleasant experience.

The expierience that results from the administration of an entheogen is dose dependent. Our products have a range of dosing levels that allow different protocols and experiences. To find out more about how to find your dose, we suggest having a consultation with one of our trained guides, who will be able to help find a suitable dose for the goals you are trying to achieve. You can schedule a session by following this link: entheogenicwellbeing.com

It is important to take time off from the administration of entheogens, as the most benefits are achieved when we toggle between our natural state of consciousness and non-ordinary states. For micro dose regimens, we suggest two cadences; 1-2 doses per day, every other day; and 1-2 doses per day, four days in a row, with a 3 day break. For macro dose experiences, we recommend monthly to quarterly administration, ensuring ample time and attention paid to integrating the learnings from the psychedelic experience.

Integration is THE MOST IMPORTANT step to realizing therapeutic benefits from your entheogenic experiences. We define integration as the work performed after the entheogenic experience, taking the knowledge gathered and folding the learnings into your life in an actionable and meaningful way. One of our favorite entheogenic gurus, Alan Watts, once said, "If you get the message, hang up the phone. For psychedelic drugs are simply instruments like microscopes, telescopes and telephones. The biologist does not sit with eye permanently glued to the microscope, he goes away and works on what he has seen."
